Trainings are held Monday, Wednesday
and Friday from 16:00.
Lenght of training is 2 hours,
from wich 1 hour is worming-up and the other hour is showing the techniques.
Currently "Shil Lim" club is
concised of 16 members divided in two groups: advanced and beginners.
